Sustainable Forestry is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) governed by a Board of Trustees. The charitable purposes of Sustainable Forestry SCIO are:
- the advancement of education and science;
- the provision of recreational opportunities or facilities; and
- the advancement of environmental protection or improvement.
